We will email a copy of your invoice within 24 hours after your order has shipped.

Invoices are sent to the name and email provided on your order. If you need a copy of your invoice please email us at AR@geminibio.com.

Please allow 24 hours to respond to your request.

You may cancel or change all purchase orders placed for catalog and standard products within seventy-two (72) hours of placing order unless we have already shipped your order. Order of custom and non-standard products may be cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours of placing order unless we have already begun manufacture of the custom order and/ or shipped your order. If you cannot find the certificate you are looking for, please submit a request on our Ask a Scientist form for your certificate to be sent to you.

Yes, GeminiBio does offer gamma irradiation on our serums. If you are requesting a quote from your GeminiBio Account Manager, please make sure gamma irradatiation is included on your quote. Our ecommerce store will allow you to select gamma irradiation on all applicable sera products from the product detail page. GeminiBio will also send an order confirmation that will detail gamma irradiation for the selected sera.

If you are emailing a copy of your purchase order for processing, please make sure the purchase order includes gamma irradiation and the number of bottles to gamma irradiate.

If you are requesting a quote from your GeminiBio Account Manager, please make sure heat inactivation (HI) is included on your quote. Our ecommerce store will allow you to select heat inactivation on all applicable sera products. Once you add the sera to your cart, you will have the option to select heat inactivation for the applicable products. You will also receive an order confirmation that will detail heat inactivation was requested as well.

If you are emailing a copy of your purchase order for processing, please make sure the purchase order includes Heat Inactivation and the number of bottles to heat inactivate.
